Corporate Membership
Corporate Membership is granted once you purchase one of XAP’s Corporate Advisory Plans.
To purchase a Corporate Plan and access content, you will first need to Register as a free member.
During registration we will ask a few simple questions which should take less than a minute. This helps us to serve you better while also protecting the site from unwanted guests.
After you register, select a Corporate Plan. You will then be granted Corporate Membership.
XAP Corporate Plans
If you are a business owner or startup and interested in creating structures in Singapore then we’d love to help.
XAP are corporate advisors which covers more than just incorporation and company secretarial services. We help startups with fund raising, pitch decks and managing their cap table and investor communications. Corporate advisory includes business valuation, M&A, shareholder agreements, employee share ownership plans (ESOPs) and more.
There are 3 Corporate Plans to help entrepreneurs in Singapore:
1. Corporate Plan-01 (getting started – 1 company, excludes corporate advisory)
2. Corporate Plan-02 (up to 2 companies in your group and includes corporate advisory)
3. Corporate Plan-03 (up to 5 companies in your group and includes corporate advisory)
Once you join one of the Corporate Plans you will be also receive Corporate Membership.
To get started, you will need to Register and create a user name & password, and accept our terms & conditions, after which we will create your Account.
You’ll then be granted access to members’ only content and subscribed to our email service.
